- Each player receives one card from a 54-card deck: 52 regular cards and two jokers. You can see everyone’s card except your own. Ranks ascend from 2 through 10, J, Q, K and A. Jokers are stronger than A. Suits do not affect strength.
- Exchange your card with the deck (once by default). Exchanges are shown immediately to the other players. Select one spell or no spell and press Showdown. You can cancel before the reveal starts. After everyone finishes, cards are revealed in order.
- Low wins reverses regular card strength. Jokers lose makes all jokers lose. Each spell is a toggle: two uses cancel out. Reversing the ranks alone does not weaken jokers.
- Card swap exchanges your current card with a chosen player’s current card when it activates. Access is drawn independently each round: a 20% chance, rising by 10 percentage points per loss, up to 80%. A win resets it to 20%.
- Reveal all cards, activate spells in the same order, then decide the winners. Everyone tied for the best card wins; everyone else loses. The first round starts at the top of the room. Later rounds start at the earliest previous winner in room order and wrap around. If nobody wins, start at the top of the room. Deal fresh cards and reset spells every round. Late arrivals spectate and can join the next round.
